Savvy is an Associate Attorney with Ziegler Law Group LLC. She is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
Savvy attended Sussex County Community College and Montclair State University. During her time at Sussex and Montclair State, Savvy was a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Savvy has focused on family law from the inception of her legal career. She attended Rutgers Law School (Newark) as a part-time evening student while working full time as a family law litigation paralegal at Raimondi, La Sala & Bocker, LLC. Savvy received her JD from Rutgers Law School in May 2015.
After graduating from law school, Savvy was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Terry Paul Bottinelli, J.S.C., in Bergen County, for the 2015-2016 judicial term. During her time as Judge Bottinelli’s law clerk, she researched various family law issues and assisted His Honor in writing an opinion on palimony and New Jersey’s Constitution.
Prior to joining Ziegler Law Group LLC, Savvy was an associate at Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy, LLC, which focused on catering to the LGBT community.
Savvy is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, NJ District Court, NJSBA Young Lawyers’ Division, NJSBA Family Section, LGBT Rights Section and Bergen County Bar Association. Savvy also served as an Early Settlement Panel member and Matrimonial Mediation Panel member in Passaic County.
Savvy resides in North Arlington with her husband and two dogs. Savvy is a true “Jersey Girl” and loves exploring backroads from Sussex County all the way down to Cape May County. Savvy is also currently working towards her helicopter pilot’s license and has flown in and around Boston, New Smyrna Beach, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Manassas, and New York City.
Savvy’s greatest passion in life is the practice of law. She has experience with every stage of the court process including mediation, motion practice, and trials. Savvy has helped many clients work through their own unique circumstances within their divorce, including disputes as they pertain to alimony, equitable distribution, custody, parenting time, and child support. Savvy also has experience with dissolutions of civil unions, palimony agreements, college contribution disputes, name changes, post-judgment modifications, and domestic violence cases. She is also currently serving as the Alternate Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of North Arlington. This is a position that shifts her focus to Title 2C and Title 39 violations including DWIs.
