Carole is a Partner of the firm in the Matrimonial Department.   Carole is a skilled litigator, mediator, and parent coordinator and practices in all aspects of family law.  She combines her tenacious approach to legal issues with her compassionate and supportive approach with her clients.   She treats her clients with dignity and respect while advocating for them through one of the most difficult and unpredictable times of their lives.

Communication is a priority, and Carole will ensure that you understand your legal rights, your responsibilities, and the steps to expect in the court process.  She zealously advocates for each client to ensure that he or she enters the next phase of life in the best possible position.   She works closely with her clients to develop a strategic plan tailored for the facts specific to each case. She is experienced working side by side with forensic accountants, appraisers, tax professionals and child custody evaluators when the specific case requires experts.

Carole specializes in handling all aspects of family law, including spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, division of closely held businesses, high net worth divorces, gray divorces, child support, child custody disputes, relocation, cohabitation disputes, termination/modification of alimony and post-judgment enforcement issues.  She attended Suffolk University School of Law, and thereafter served as an Appellate Law Clerk to the Honorable David M. Borden of the Supreme Court of Connecticut.
