Jason LeBoeuf is a seasoned and well-regarded criminal defense attorney in New Jersey who brings over two decades of experience defending the criminally accused to Ziegler Law Group LLC in order to chair the firm’s Criminal and Domestic Violence Department. Jason’s reputation for zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients is well-known. He has been included in a list of New Jersey “Super Lawyers” for the years 2020-2023 Primary Practice: Criminal Defense Law, an achievement given to attorneys based on peer recognition and professional achievement. He has tried hundreds of matters to verdict in the Federal, State and Municipal levels from DWI/DUIs to extensive RICO matters and complicated homicides. His vast experience and success as a criminal litigator have earned him the distinction of being one of only 250 attorneys recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Most recently, Jason prevented the State from gaining a conviction in the highly publicized homicide trial of State v. Michael Disporto in the Camden County Superior Court, and garnered an acquittal in the matter of State v. Daymon Duncan-Wilson in Union County Superior Court.
Additionally, Jason is a highly experienced administrative attorney having tried numerous matters to verdict in the Office of Administrative Law as an approved PBA Attorney. Additionally, he has tried an array of civil matters in the realms of personal injury and employment. Recently, Jason was able to gain an award of approximately $500,000.00 for an ex-employee wrongly terminated and defamed by JP Morgan Chase before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority “FINRA”.
Prior to building a successful solo practice in these areas, Jason served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, Judge of the Superior Court (Ret.) in the Morris/Sussex Vicinage. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University-School of Law, where he was recognized as that school’s Outstanding Interscholastic Moot Court Participant having been a Finalist in two consecutive moot court competitions. Prior to law school, Jason earned both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in the field of History from the University of Scranton, where he was inducted into the National Honor Societies for History, Political Science and Social Science.
